Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of revitgamers.com, Revit Gamers accounts, courses, videos, animations, resources, support and related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Revit Gamers Pty Ltd, trading as Revit Gamers (“Revit Gamers”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing course content or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About Revit Gamers
Revit Gamers provides online training relating to Autodesk Revit, architectural workflows, BIM and Revit family creation. Products may include individual courses, bundles, downloadable resources, certificates, support and other educational services introduced from time to time.
Current products may include Revit Architecture Basics, Revit Architecture Mastery, Revit Families and the Full Access Bundle. The website description shown at the time of purchase forms part of the product information for that purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to make a purchase. If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, a parent or legal guardian must authorise the purchase and your use of the Services.
3. Accounts and Security
You may need an account to access purchased courses. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details current, protect your password and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Unless Revit Gamers agrees otherwise in writing, each account is for one named individual. You must not share, sell, lend, transfer or publicly expose your login credentials or permit another person to use your account.
4. Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices, currencies and included features are displayed before purchase. Payment is due at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply foreign-exchange fees or other charges outside our control.
You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we provide access or send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unauthorised transaction or a technical problem preventing fulfilment.
We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change, promotion or discount does not ordinarily entitle an earlier purchaser to a retrospective discount or partial refund, unless required by law.
5. Taxes and International Purchases
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the information displayed at checkout and the laws applicable to the transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and location information. Courses may be purchased internationally, subject to payment availability, sanctions, export restrictions and applicable law.
6. Digital Delivery and Immediate Access
Courses are supplied digitally. Access is generally provided shortly after successful payment, subject to account creation, payment verification and technical availability.
Where required by applicable consumer law, checkout may ask you to request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge the effect that immediate access may have on a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. Any such acknowledgement does not reduce the separate voluntary refund rights expressly offered in our Refund Policy.
7. Course Access and “Lifetime Access”
Where a course is advertised with lifetime access, this means ongoing access without a recurring subscription expiry for as long as Revit Gamers continues to operate and make the course available, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that a particular website, learning platform, file format, lesson sequence or software version will remain unchanged forever. We may migrate courses, replace technology, update content or change the method of access. Where reasonably practicable, we will take steps to preserve access for eligible purchasers or provide a reasonable alternative.
8. Course Content, Versions and Updates
We may update courses to improve explanations, correct errors, reflect newer Revit versions, replace outdated lessons, restructure content or improve usability. Lesson counts, durations, titles, sequence and included resources may change over time.
Unless expressly stated, purchasing a course does not guarantee that every future course, new standalone product or substantially separate program will be added to that purchase.
9. Autodesk Revit and Other Third-Party Software
An Autodesk Revit licence is not included in the price of a Revit Gamers course. You are responsible for obtaining lawful access to any software, hardware or third-party service needed to follow the training.
Revit Gamers is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Autodesk unless expressly stated. Autodesk and Revit are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Personal Licence to Use Course Content
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the purchased content for your own learning.
You must not:
- share your account or give another person access to course content;
- copy, record, download, reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute course videos except where a download is expressly provided;
- remove copyright, branding or rights notices;
- sell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute any course or resource;
- upload content to file-sharing, social-media, video or training platforms;
- use course content to create a substantially copied or competing training product;
- scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract content or data; or
- circumvent security, access controls or usage restrictions.
11. Downloads and Resources
Course videos are intended for online viewing and are not downloadable unless we expressly provide a download option. Exercise files, templates or other resources may be downloadable where stated. Downloadable materials remain protected by intellectual-property law and are licensed only for the permitted personal learning use described in these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Revit Gamers and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Services, including videos, animations, graphics, illustrations, text, course structures, teaching methods, downloads, trademarks, logos and website content. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not use the Revit Gamers name, logo or branding without prior written permission, except to accurately identify the source of a course or certificate.
13. Full Access Bundle
The Full Access Bundle includes the courses identified on the website at the time of purchase. The Bundle is for one named learner unless a separate written team arrangement is agreed. Future products are not automatically included unless the website expressly says otherwise.
14. Company and Team Access
Company or team access may be arranged for multiple named learners. Each learner may be required to have an individual account. Shared, floating or concurrent licences are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. A separate quotation, order form or agreement may apply and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
15. Certificates
Where a course includes a certificate, it confirms completion of the relevant Revit Gamers course. A Revit Gamers certificate is not an Autodesk certification, government-accredited qualification, professional licence or guarantee of employment unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Support
Where support is included for a stated period, it covers reasonable questions directly related to the purchased course content. It does not include unlimited project consulting, completion of work on your behalf, project troubleshooting unrelated to the lessons, professional BIM-management services or custom software development unless separately agreed.
We may choose appropriate support channels, response times and reasonable limits to prevent misuse and maintain service quality.
17. Educational Nature and Results
The Services are educational. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, professional accreditation, examination success, project performance or any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors including your prior knowledge, practice, experience, software access and application of the material.
18. Promotions, Coupons and Gifts
Promotions and coupons may have additional terms, expiry dates, eligibility rules or usage limits. They cannot be exchanged for cash and normally cannot be applied retrospectively. If course access is purchased as a gift, the recipient must comply with these Terms.
19. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Change-of-mind refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our voluntary refund guarantee is additional to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, cooling-off right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
20. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- harass, threaten or harm another person;
- transmit malicious code or interfere with website or platform operation;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- misrepresent your identity or payment authority;
- engage in fraud, refund abuse or account sharing; or
- use the Services in a way that creates an unreasonable security, legal or operational risk.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, content piracy, a material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct or a security risk. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may first request information or give you an opportunity to correct the issue.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property protections, payment obligations, liability limitations and dispute provisions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
22. Availability, Maintenance and Changes
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting, third-party platforms, internet services, cyber incidents, software updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may change, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will seek to avoid unfairly removing the material value of a completed purchase and will comply with non-excludable legal obligations.
23. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may use or link to third-party software, payment systems, websites or platforms. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, compatible with every device or Revit version, or free from all errors.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revit Gamers is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or business interruption arising from the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
26. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, Services, technology or legal requirements. Updated Terms will apply prospectively from the date they are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We will not use a change to unfairly remove material rights relating to a purchase already completed. If a material change requires consent under applicable law, we will request it.
28. Governing Law and International Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
If you live outside Australia, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region. The choice of Australian law is not intended to deprive you of any protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Terms, the Refund Policy or the Privacy Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
29. Resolving Concerns
If a concern arises, please contact us first at support@revitgamers.com and provide enough information for us to investigate. We will try to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a regulator, court, tribunal, payment-dispute process or other remedy available under applicable law.
30. General Provisions
30.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, the product description at purchase, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any applicable written order form constitute the agreement relating to the Services.
30.2 Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30.3 No waiver
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
30.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your account or rights without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine business restructure, sale or transfer, provided this does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
30.5 Headings
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
